Dear Nigel,

This is my first chance to say thank you for an excellent job on the Annual Report. We are all very pleased with it particularly the front cover. This is why we felt we could use it in other situations. It would be very useful to have a high res copy on CD as well as a low res version via e-mail that we can import into presentations. I would be very grateful if you could let me have both as soon as possible.
